Position: Mechanical and Building Systems Engineer

  • Conduct thorough assessments of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Life Safety systems.
  • Devise design solutions informed by assessment outcomes.
  • Carry out site inspections, evaluate equipment and systems, and document observations.
  • Offer technical expertise and maintain communication with clients and team members.
  • Ensure adherence to legal standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is preferred.
  • Additional certifications such as CEM, CEA, CBCP, or CMVP are advantageous.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to travel up to 40% of the time.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000.
  • Eligibility for an annual incentive program based on performance.
