Job Summary:

Mylsb is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients of Mylsb.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Balance teller drawers daily, including cash handling, periodic batching of deposits and cashed checks.
  • Process customer transactions with accuracy and professionalism, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Answer and route telephone calls, take messages, provide information, and direct calls to appropriate staff.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges, and account histories, while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations, and consumer privacy policies.
  • Refer clients for additional retail and bank services, promoting the use of Mylsb's products and services.
  • Balance teller drawers, vaults, coin machines, and ATMs.
  • Bundles and scans appropriate work through the Branch Capture System.
  • Act in accordance with all Mylsb regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Represent Mylsb in a positive light in all professional duties.
  • Participate in civic, community, and networking events to cultivate productive relationships for Mylsb.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as defined by management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive, customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multi-task while still meeting deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service and retail experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
