Position Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Support professional to enhance our operations. In this position, you will assist office personnel by providing essential information and resources to help them excel in their roles. Your tasks will encompass managing phone communications, organizing schedules, facilitating meetings, and drafting correspondence. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, and a welcoming attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries and direct them to the relevant individual
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar
  • Coordinate meetings and accurately document minutes
  • Draft and distribute emails, memos, and letters
  • Contribute to the preparation of company reports
  • Maintain a systematic filing system
  • Develop and uphold relevant office procedures
  • Content Development: Create engaging, SEO-friendly content (blogs, articles, promotional materials, whitepapers, case studies, etc.) that showcases the advantages and features of our kitchen and bath solutions. Collaborate with vendor contacts for necessary assets and copy. Ensure content aligns with industry trends and addresses the challenges faced by our target market.
  • Marketing Material Creation: Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, product guides, and sales presentations. Ensure all resources are current, cohesive, and consistent with the company's branding standards.
  • Event Management: Aid in the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and webinars, including pre-event logistics, on-site assistance, and follow-up activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including operations, sales, web development, and external partners, to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and product strategies.
  • Marketing Analytics: Analyze, report, and enhance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email, PPC, etc.) to boost brand visibility and lead generation. Monitor analytics data.
Essential Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's degree or administrative training is preferred
  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
