We are seeking Customer Service Associates to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to be part of a rapidly expanding startup that values creativity and collaboration in transforming the hair care shopping experience. Role Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers across various platforms (email, chat, SMS) to deliver a highly personalized customer experience.
  • Develop expertise in our services, products, ingredients, and customer needs.
  • Resolve customer inquiries while achieving productivity and quality benchmarks.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant teams, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance service.
  • Propose creative solutions to improve customer satisfaction and streamline internal operations.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and energetic team environment.

  • Enthusiastic about customer interaction with prior experience in customer service.

  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Flexible availability, including one weekend day per week and some holidays.
  • Remote work capability.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
