Key Responsibilities

  • Engagement Strategy Development: Contribute to the formulation and execution of engagement strategies. Collaborate with marketing, HR, or customer service teams to amplify engagement efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate and present reports detailing engagement metrics, including participation rates, satisfaction scores, and engagement outcomes. Offer actionable insights to refine engagement strategies.

  • Journey Mapping: Analyze customer or employee journeys to identify critical touchpoints and opportunities for enhancing engagement. Employ journey mapping to elevate overall experience and satisfaction.
  • Event Coordination: Aid in the planning and execution of events or activities aimed at boosting engagement, such as workshops, webinars, or community outreach programs. Ensure these initiatives are well-organized and effectively promote engagement.
  • Feedback Mechanisms: Establish and maintain feedback loops to continuously gather input from customers, employees, or stakeholders. Utilize feedback to inform and refine engagement strategies.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) and engagement platforms (e.g., CRM systems, survey tools). Familiarity with content management and social media tools.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to interpret data and provide insights that enhance engagement.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Capacity to present data findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar engagement, marketing, or HR analysis role.
  • Certifications in customer engagement, employee engagement, or data analysis.
