At The Big Clean Laundromat, we are expanding our operations in the Austin area and are in search of enthusiastic customer service-oriented associates who will contribute positively to our establishment. Our services include a wash and fold option, so a genuine interest in laundry is essential.

We are open to training motivated individuals, so prior experience is not mandatory, although it can be beneficial. Key responsibilities and skills include:

  • Exceptional customer service
  • Cash handling proficiency
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Conducting facility tours for customers
  • Ensuring organization and accuracy in order processing
  • Addressing customer inquiries
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients

We offer part-time positions with flexible hours and potential opportunities for advancement to full-time or managerial roles.

Full-time roles are also available for those willing to work across multiple locations.

As a professional and family-oriented business, we provide a competitive hourly wage along with commission opportunities on wash and fold services.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrate suitability for the role. A background check, drug screening, and competency assessment will be required.

Compensation begins at $13 per hour, with opportunities for career growth.
