Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) and engagement platforms (e.g., CRM systems, survey tools). Knowledge of content management and social media tools is advantageous.
  • Analytical Aptitude: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to interpret data and provide insights that enhance engagement.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Capable of presenting data findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Project Management Skills: Competence in managing multiple engagement initiatives concurrently. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage with diverse audiences.
