Position Overview:
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining our high standards of service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions within our CRM platform.
  • Client Outreach: Conduct proactive outreach to clients for follow-ups, updates, and to address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Call Management: Handle incoming client calls efficiently, providing assistance and directing calls as necessary.
  • Correspondence Handling: Prepare and send letters and documents, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Shipping Coordination: Manage packaging and shipping tasks, ensuring all materials are organized and dispatched correctly.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Assist clients with questions regarding our products and services, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Case Support: Work closely with the Office Coordinator to assist in case management, including documentation and follow-ups.


Qualifications:

  • Availability to work in-office during standard business hours.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a technology or digital services environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations with patience.
