  • Exhibiting adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrating punctuality and preparedness for scheduled shifts.
  • Being productive and effective during both peak and quiet periods.
  • Staying on your feet for extended durations.
  • Embodying a positive attitude and a willingness to assist both front-of-house and back-of-house teams as needed.
  • Fostering a guest-centric and team-oriented atmosphere, being reliable and enjoyable to work alongside.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment while being self-motivated.
  • Upholding high standards of personal grooming and attire, including uniforms and cleanliness.
  • Having reliable transportation to commute to and from shifts.
  • Meeting the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and adhering to operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring that service standards and operational systems are executed effectively.
  • Complying with all relevant federal and state regulations.
  • Taking customer orders both in-person and via phone.
  • Maintaining proper sanitation practices.
  • Operating the point-of-sale system efficiently.
  • Preparing and serving food items as required.
  • Managing inventory and restocking supplies.
  • Being able to lift at least 40 lbs as needed.
  • Possessing basic knowledge of food preparation and quality serving standards.
  • Ensuring safety protocols are followed during food preparation.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience through meaningful interactions.
  • Working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
