Job Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Customer Service Manager to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Collaborate with local management to develop and implement sales plans that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Improve Customer Retention and Experience: Coordinate efforts to improve customer retention and experience at the point of sale.
  • Drive Compliance to Merchandising Standards: Ensure that all merchandising standards are met and exceeded.
  • Assess Performance: Assess performance by location through audit reports and quarterly district evaluations.
  • Customer Facing and Route Supervision: Provide excellent customer service and supervise routes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Travel: Must be able to travel to client sites locally.
  • Passion for Providing World-Class Service: Must be passionate about providing world-class service to our clients and customers.
  • Coffee, Refreshment, and Food Industry Experience: Coffee, refreshment, and food industry experience is preferred.
