Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and enhance client retention.
- Assist branches during grand openings.
- Ensure compliance with local and national standards; review corporate compliance reports.
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance service quality and reduce waste.
- Create an incremental sales plan in collaboration with local management; monitor performance and profitability.
- Enhance customer retention and improve client experiences at the point of sale.
- Identify retail pricing opportunities and promote repeat sales.
- Drive adherence to merchandising standards.
- Evaluate performance by location through audit reports.
- Perform Route Driver duties as needed, including delivering products and maintaining vending equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred; a two-year college degree or equivalent experience is acceptable. A minimum of 3 years of driving experience is required.
Must possess a valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
Preferred experience includes 1-2 years in customer service or at least 1 year in a related field.
Experience in route management, retail, and merchandising is advantageous. Ability to operate or willingness to learn to use material handling equipment is essential.
Excellent communication skills are required. Must be able to travel to client sites and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
