Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales and productivity goals
  • Manage the sales floor, including visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Process and oversee all register transactions accurately and in accordance with company policy
  • Perform all financial activities efficiently and in accordance with company standards
  • Recruit, train, develop, motivate, and coach sales associates
  • Protect the store's funds, property, and team property by conforming to and enforcing all loss prevention guiding principles, policies, and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years retail experience with 2+ years in a management role
  • Proven record of achievement of sales goals and KPIs
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead, and develop a team
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Understanding of business report analysis and retail math
  • Computer skills to include operation of retail point of sale system, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work store sales floor for extended periods
  • Able to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs., carry, push, squat, kneel, twist, turn, reach, and bend
