Job Description
Sales Representative (m/f/d) Software Solutions
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by nurturing existing relationships and leveraging personal networks to identify new business opportunities within the outsourcing and nearshoring sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and expand existing client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
* Leverage personal networks and industry connections to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
* Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions and support.
* Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and service offerings.
* Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and inform strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience in sales - in the IT sector. Additionally, they should be familiar with engineering services and technical project requirements. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for building rapport and establishing trust with clients and stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities and market trends is also required. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace is necessary. Experience in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred. 5+ years of relevant software sales experience are required. Understanding of the business sales process and industry-specific certifications are advantageous. Occasional travel may be required.
