Main Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, demonstrating a high level of commitment to food quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences.
- Ensure that all kitchen operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and training.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a full-service, high-volume kitchen.
- Experience cooking in and leading an upscale casual concept restaurant.
- Formal culinary training and education is a plus.
- Servsafe certified or Food Handler certification preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work on feet for at least 8 hours.
- Professional and positive attitude, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Able to learn new computer applications quickly and follow standards.
- Above all, a desire to be the best.
