Executive Chef

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and guidance to our kitchen staff. Your expertise will ensure that all menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the culinary team to achieve exceptional results
- Develop and implement recipes, food preparation, and presentation standards
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and counseling to staff members
- Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to prepare daily line-ups and communicate with staff
- Participate in training programs and hiring processes for culinary team members
- Manage daily staffing levels and ensure all stations are stocked and quality controlled
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested by the Executive Chef

Requirements
- Culinary degree or 3 years of high-volume food establishment experience
- Serve Safe certification or willingness to certify within 1 year
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and culinary reporting software
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Interest in craft beer and positive attitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good listening skills and strong leadership abilities
