About the Role

At IR Management LLC, we're seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Mizu, a vibrant rooftop restaurant in Charlotte's SouthPark neighborhood. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute menus that showcase your passion for Japanese/Asian cuisine and live-fire cooking.
  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, labor, and quality control, to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to drive business growth, achieve financial goals, and promote a positive work environment.
