Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Atlantis Casino Resort & Spa. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and managing the front desk operations to meet department and property business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service Delivery: Coach and manage team members to consistently deliver high-quality guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the performance of the front desk team, ensuring efficient and effective operations, and meeting department and property business objectives.
  • Scheduling and Training: Schedule, train, and coach team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Guest Complaint Resolution: Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Projects: Complete reports and projects as assigned by hotel management, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as PBX, Reservations, VIP Services, and Housekeeping, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel front desk operations, with a management role at a high-occupancy resort.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, computer proficiency, and ability to read and analyze reports and guest folios.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Any relevant certifications or training in hotel operations, guest service, or management.
