Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Housekeeping Staff
    • Recruit, train, and develop a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
  • Ensure Quality and Standards
    • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure that our rooms meet our quality standards.
    • Work with our housekeeping team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to ensure we are consistently delivering high-quality service.
  • Manage Scheduling and Inventory
    • Manage the scheduling of housekeeping staff to ensure that we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
    • Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that we have what we need to deliver exceptional service.
  • Communicate with Guests and Colleagues
    • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues across the hotel to ensure that we are working together to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous housekeeping experience and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
