POSITION SUMMARY

Our roles extend beyond merely facilitating guest check-ins and check-outs. We aim to create an experience that is both memorable and distinctive. Our Overnight Guest Services Associates proactively deliver a comprehensive range of services that enhance the guest journey throughout their stay. Their responsibilities transcend the conventional front desk duties, empowering them to take ownership of the guest experience in key areas of the establishment with a guest-centric approach. They are encouraged to navigate their environment and address needs as they arise. Whether managing operational tasks, responding to guest inquiries, compiling reports, serving quality meals, or highlighting local attractions, the Overnight Guest Services Associate ensures that every interaction contributes to a positive experience.

Regardless of the position held, certain elements are essential for success: fostering a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring that personal appearance and communication remain professional. Overnight Guest Services Associates will be active and mobile (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and will engage in hands-on tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing 25 pounds or less without assistance; reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). Excelling in these responsibilities (along with other reasonable job duties as assigned) is vital for Overnight Guest Services Associates to deliver exceptional service for our guests and our organization consistently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience necessary.

License or Certification: None required.
