Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Lot Operations: Set up and tear down parking lots according to the directions of the Parking Lot Manager, ensuring a safe and efficient guest experience.
  • Guest Direction: Direct resort guests to the most effective parking spaces, maximizing the use of available space and minimizing congestion.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and surrounding areas, including daily trash collection and snow removal as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our guests, serving as their first point of contact upon arrival at the resort.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Independence and Professionalism: Ability to work independently and in a professional manner, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Safety and Security: Ability to observe and apply all applicable safety standards, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work under pressure and provide solutions to problems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including snow removal as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Guest Support: Provide basic assistance to guests with car troubles, as well as provide knowledgeable information about the resort to inquiring guests.
  • Training and Development: Clarify expectations and seek additional training as needed to ensure success in the role.
