Guest Service Associate

POSITION SUMMARY
Accountable for effectively and accurately executing cashiering duties for patrons while warmly welcoming guests, seating them at tables or lounges, and ensuring high-quality service standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately processes customer payments.
- Completes all cash or credit transactions as required.
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, pricing, and daily specials.
- Creates a welcoming atmosphere by providing exceptional customer service.
- Performs necessary preparatory tasks and keeps the workspace organized and clean.
- Ensures cash is securely returned to the designated area at the end of each shift.
- Demonstrates a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Greets guests promptly upon arrival.
- Distributes menus to guests.
- Assigns tables to guests efficiently.
- Maintains cleanliness and proper setup of dining and service areas.
- Records and manages guest reservations.
- Engages with guests to confirm satisfaction with their dining experience.
- Completes additional tasks as assigned.

- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Proven capability to deliver exceptional customer service.

- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capable of pushing, pulling, bending, lifting, and walking intermittently.
- Work environment may involve exposure to smoke and varying temperature, lighting, and noise levels.
