Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Guest Service Representative to join our team at Atlantis Casino Resort & Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-in/Check-out: Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of room assignments, key cards, and guest information.
  • Guest Service: Provide personalized assistance to guests, responding to their requests and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase hotel revenue through commissionable sales and promotions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
