Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our senior leaders in the Operations group. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to aid in the productivity of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Submit expense reports and manage paperwork.
- Communicate with key stakeholders and external contacts to share meeting plans and updates.
- Take on special projects and contribute to the team's success.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent minute-taking and writing skills.
- Proficiency in video conferencing tools and Google Drive.
- Ability to anticipate and address supervisor's needs.
- Excellent follow-through and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
- Advanced computer skills, including GSuite and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Previous experience supporting a senior-level executive preferred.
- Interest in the publishing industry.
This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $75,000 per year. Macmillan Publishers is a leading trade company in the Holtzbrinck Publishing Group, with a global presence and a commitment to excellence in publishing.
