Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant at MCoBeauty, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our senior leadership team. This includes managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing presentations and reports. You will also be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office management tasks, such as liaising with building management and ordering supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination for our senior leadership team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Assist with presentation preparation, reports, and other executive-level documentation.
- Oversee office management duties, including liaising with building management and ordering supplies.
- Support with event planning and coordination for internal and external meetings, team-building activities, and office functions.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required to support the broader leadership team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or wellness industries.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
