Job Title: Account Executive, SMB Team Sales- San Diego, CA

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring new accounts within multiple geographic territories.
  • Analyze customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, working closely with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals to drive business growth.
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment.
