Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Welcome clients to the dealership, assess their vehicle requirements, and deliver a tailored experience.
- Vehicle Matching: Utilize inventory data to align customers with vehicles that suit their preferences.
- Product Demonstration: Showcase vehicle features, conduct test drives, and articulate benefits to assist customers in making informed choices.
- Sales Process Management: Navigate customers through the selection, customization, financing, and documentation stages. Provide recommendations for additional features and calculate pricing, taxes, trade-in values, and financing options.
- Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing communication with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Sales Targets: Strive to meet or surpass the dealership's sales objectives.
- Additional Duties: Research vehicle models and availability, coordinate vehicle delivery and registration, oversee lot maintenance, and ensure effective merchandising.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in automotive sales is essential; prior car sales experience is required. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is crucial.
- Licensing: A valid and clean driver's license is mandatory.
