- Competitive salary range for this role is $180,000-$400,000 annually
- Recruit, train, and mentor a dynamic team of automotive sales professionals.
- Guide sales staff on best practices for closing deals and provide ongoing mentorship to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Establish sales targets, monitor progress, and motivate the team to meet and exceed these objectives.
- Assist clients in choosing a vehicle by actively engaging with their needs and preferences.
- Articulate product features, applications, and advantages to potential buyers.
- Detail all optional equipment/products available for customer consideration.
- Deliver high-quality, professional presentations and demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Master techniques to address objections, finalize sales, and execute all phases of the sales process in line with company standards.
- Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team and assist in closing transactions.
- Previous experience in dealership management is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a genuine enthusiasm for employee development.
- High-energy and goal-oriented demeanor throughout the sales process.
- Friendly personality, particularly adept at negotiating pricing.
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
