Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a dynamic team of automotive sales professionals.
  • Guide sales staff on best practices for closing deals and provide ongoing mentorship to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Establish sales targets, monitor progress, and motivate the team to meet and exceed these objectives.
  • Assist clients in choosing a vehicle by actively engaging with their needs and preferences.
  • Articulate product features, applications, and advantages to potential buyers.
  • Detail all optional equipment/products available for customer consideration.
  • Deliver high-quality, professional presentations and demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Master techniques to address objections, finalize sales, and execute all phases of the sales process in line with company standards.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team and assist in closing transactions.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in dealership management is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a genuine enthusiasm for employee development.
  • High-energy and goal-oriented demeanor throughout the sales process.
  • Friendly personality, particularly adept at negotiating pricing.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
