Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome Customers: Greet visitors to the dealership, assess their vehicle needs, and provide a tailored experience.
  • Vehicle Matching: Utilize inventory data to connect customers with vehicles that align with their preferences.
  • Vehicle Demonstration: Showcase vehicle features, conduct test drives, and emphasize benefits to assist customers in making informed choices.
  • Sales Process Management: Guide customers through the selection, customization, financing, and documentation processes. Recommend additional features and calculate pricing, taxes, trade-in values, and financing options.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing relationships with customers through follow-up communications to enhance loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Strive to meet or exceed the dealership's sales objectives.
  • Additional Duties: Research vehicle models and equipment availability, coordinate vehicle delivery and registration, maintain the sales lot, and ensure effective merchandising.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record as an automotive salesperson is essential; experience in car sales is required. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is important.
  • License: A clean and valid driver's license is mandatory.
