Role Responsibilities

Key Duties (Your Path Forward)

Compensation: $27.00 per hour plus monthly incentives.

Engage fully in sales and customer interaction activities within the dealership. Perform various detailed tasks such as preparing titles, loan documentation, and processing payments. Guide customers on test drives while showcasing vehicle features.

  • Actively participate in all forms of communication and documentation prior to customer visits and in-person to offer solutions and finalize purchases.
  • Collaborate with Managers and fellow Customer Experience Specialists to allocate tasks and responsibilities, addressing both customer and company requirements.
  • Execute all administrative tasks, including but not limited to deal documentation, underwriting, cash handling, and inventory management, while meeting company standards.
  • Understand and implement company directives, initiatives, and expectations.
  • Conduct phone outreach, schedule appointments, respond to inquiries, and educate potential customers about their options.
  • Work with team members to achieve sales objectives.
  • Open and close the dealership as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent and persuasive communication skills; must possess the ability to close sales and address customer inquiries.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends is required.
  • Knowledge of vehicle characteristics, features, and capabilities, providing customers with comprehensive information.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail during the sales process.
  • Ability to retain training information, implement feedback, and adapt to changes in processes:
    • Phase 1: Customer Engagement and Experience
    • Phase 2: Inventory Management and Dealership Operations
    • Phase 3: Titles, Loans, and Vehicle Processes
  • Must maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Comfortable operating and maneuvering vehicles on and off the lot.
  • Capable of working independently and taking ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Required

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred OR equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a related field such as customer service, sales, or retail.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record for the past 3 years.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
