Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients. Your expertise in eDiscovery processes and software will enable you to identify new sales opportunities and propose tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Sales Cycle: Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring client satisfaction and project delivery.
  • Sales Initiatives: Identify growth opportunities and areas for service enhancement, spearheading new sales initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Reporting: Report directly to the Managing Partner, providing regular updates on sales performance and market trends.
  • Marketing Events: Engage in regional marketing events and sales meetings, offering insights and updates on market trends and company offerings.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • eDiscovery Expertise: Deep understanding of eDiscovery processes, software, and market needs.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the eDiscovery or legal tech industries.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Proficiency in leveraging social media for business development and brand positioning.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, capable of identifying trends and opportunities in the eDiscovery space.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales role focused on eDiscovery solutions.
