Sales Account Executive

The Account Executive plays a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction at UPS. This position is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of customers in business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) within a specific geographical area.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and grow a book of business, including ground, air, and international services.
- Introduce new products and services to expand business opportunities within customer accounts.
- Track sales performance to objectives and monitor account statistics.
- Qualify internal sales leads to identify opportunities and create an effective sales strategy.
- Utilize resources and account history to prepare for sales calls and submit pricing requests.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of UPS products, services, and customer-facing technology solutions.
- Describe general customer profiles targeted by the company and understand industry and financial trends impacting UPS and/or customers' organizations.
- Possess basic understanding of competitor's tactics, product/service offerings, and strategies.
- Work with others to research stakeholders' and key decision-makers' needs, requirements, and perspectives.
- Establish and maintain entry-level contacts in customer organizations and build relationships to further understand customers' business and objectives.
- Experience with Business to Business or Business to Consumer sales.
- Willingness to travel, as required.
- Experience using Microsoft products.
- Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree).
The base pay for this position ranges from $4,390/month to $7,590/month. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to individual and/or company performance.
