Account Executive, SMB Team Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our SMB Team Sales team at T-Mobile. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining new business customers in your assigned territory, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business customers and expand existing relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product and marketing, to stay up-to-date on the latest offerings and promotions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- 1+ years of verifiable successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
