Position: Spare Parts Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Spare Parts Specialist who will play a crucial role in enhancing customer service and streamlining operational processes. This position involves overseeing the inventory of spare parts and maintaining accurate records within the country. The successful candidate will ensure timely delivery of spare parts, establish optimal stock levels for service centers and technicians, and ensure that warehouse inventories meet the operational demands.

  • Oversee the effective management of spare parts inventory and service kits.
  • Optimize local spare parts stock levels using available tools and systems.
  • Act as a key user of demand planning tools for replenishing spare parts.
  • Manage parts ordering efficiently to enhance compliance with processes.
  • Contribute to the efficiency of transport and storage costs.
  • Assist in analyzing stock discrepancies and formulating action plans.
  • Handle the return of spare parts to headquarters in accordance with company protocols.
  • Provide administrative support to technical service, service desk, and planning departments related to spare parts management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the supply chain by collaborating with aftermarket and logistics teams at headquarters.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Minimum of Vocational Training or Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficient in inventory management.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Familiarity with transport rates, storage methods, and warehouse management.
  • Understanding of planning techniques and systems.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or Servicemax is advantageous.
  • Results-driven, responsible, and proactive with a strong sense of initiative.

Employment Offer:

This role offers a temporary contract through Page Personnel for a duration of 6 months, with the potential for permanent employment, ensuring a stable project environment. Additional social benefits include meal vouchers, access to an on-site gym, language classes, and more.
