Executive Assistant to the Executive Procurement Officer

The NAACP Empowerment Programs, Inc. seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Executive Procurement Officer. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, knowledge of procurement and contracts procedures, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day management of administrative policies and procedures
Oversee the effectiveness of other departments with respect to inter-departmental coordination
Periodically assess internal administrative components and provide recommendations for improvement
Develop and implement office administrative procedures, communications, and presentations
Coordinate the reproduction of materials for National Board meetings and other events
Manage and coordinate DocuSign documents as it relates to contracts
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years of administrative or business experience. Non-profit experience is preferred. The candidate must be well-organized, have strong professional and interpersonal skills, and be able to handle confidential information. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
