About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Professional to join our team at Actalent. As an Engineering Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating engineering projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate engineering projects, including product development support, product lifecycle management, technical content generation, and change management.
  • Establish, define, and assist with the determination of project requirements.
  • Lead project planning sessions and create engineering management plans.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
  • Write and publish procedural documentation for project management and governance.
  • Conduct project overview, iteration retrospective, or lessons learned.
  • Manage requirements gathering sessions and appropriate documentation between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and adjust the efficiency and effectiveness of project activities based on results.
  • Manage project documentation from project conception to completion.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
