Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Collaborate with the sales team to review project details, including scope of work, materials, and customer expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of roofing professionals, including crew members, subcontractors, and other staff.
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate and allocate resources, including equipment, materials, and labor, to support efficient project execution.
  • Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure roofing installations meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

Requirements
