About the Role

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through prospecting and lead generation
  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments and making initial presentations
  • Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts and explaining our service capabilities
  • Conduct a minimum of 20 hours of prospecting each week
  • Utilize and manage our customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all customer information
  • Maintain a positive and team-oriented work environment
Requirements
  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, with a preference for recent experience in outside sales
  • Demonstrated track record of success, with a strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, including strong data entry and organization of sales data
  • Prior sales training certificate, such as Sandler, President's Club, or Dale Carnegie, is preferred
  • Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales
  • Outgoing, dynamic personality with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
