Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Southlake, TX (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $55K base + commission and bonus
Type: Direct Hire

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation in solar technology, managing an active sales pipeline while spearheading new business opportunities. You’ll be the key player in delivering compelling proposals, presentations, and strategies that drive our growth. This role goes beyond traditional sales—you’ll have the chance to make an impact as a Client Manager for top accounts, forging lasting relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the charge in developing winning proposals and presentations to secure new opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, staff, government authorities, and industry partners.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and customer needs to inform our strategies.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to discuss bold new strategies for business development.
- Be the go-to liaison for key clients, seamlessly connecting them with our technical teams and ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Drive success by consistently identifying, developing, and closing new project opportunities.
- Master SalesForce to keep forecasts, collaborations, and reporting up-to-date.
- Dazzle clients with product demonstrations and PowerPoint presentations showcasing our cutting-edge solar lighting solutions.
- Pioneer new go-to-market strategies and position yourself as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all things solar.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s preferred) with a proven track record in B2B Sales.
- At least 1 year of business development experience, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every client interaction.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to create impactful presentations and reports.
- Stellar communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to build strong relationships.
- A knack for organization and multitasking, ensuring you never miss a beat.
- Strong listening and sales skills with a focus on achieving (and crushing) targets.
