Job Opportunity

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through aggressive prospecting and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Closely work with account managers and the sales team to establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships.
  • Conduct a minimum of 20 hours of prospecting each week to identify new business opportunities.
  • Utilize our customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain accurate customer information and track sales activity.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, with a preference for recent experience in outside sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of success, with a strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, including strong data entry and organization of sales data.
  • Prior sales training certificate, such as Sandler or Dale Carnegie, is preferred.
  • Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales and a strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Outgoing, dynamic personality with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
