Job Title: Marketing Administrator

Company Overview:

LS Tractors USA is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our Marketing Department in a support role. If you are a proactive individual with strong administrative skills, this role could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Marketing and the Marketing team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Create and coordinate team events and project calendars, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Organize meetings and events, process invoices for payment, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop presentation materials, correspondence, and reports, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Oversee LSTA Coop program claims and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Duties:

  • Create team calendars and coordinate activities with internal and external parties, fostering effective communication.
  • Work with event planning teams to maximize efficiency and ensure successful events.
  • Process invoices for Marketing Department and related functions, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Create and edit presentations using various media, showcasing your creativity and technical skills.
  • Draft correspondence and reports for the Marketing team, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Oversee LSTA's Coop program for dealer marketing activity, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Actively engage in team meetings and provide feedback, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3 years of office environment experience providing administrative support.
  • 2 years of experience developing and editing presentations.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
