We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at EisnerAmper. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing marketing and communications activities that support the strategic goals of the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement marketing events and sponsorships
  • Assist with presentation and communication projects
  • Update marketing collateral, brochures, and presentations
  • Monitor and prepare reports on new business opportunities and the local sales pipeline
  • Assist with proposal and pitchbook development
  • Provide support for office database integration
  • Maintain contact lists and other marketing databases
  • Assist with content projects
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns and postings
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services or professional services
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Extensive experience with MS Office 365, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Good understanding of marketing principles
