Job Overview

The Marketing Campaign Coordinator for the Americas Channel will work under the guidance of the Director of Americas Channel Marketing, playing a crucial role in assisting the National Partner Marketing Managers across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Management: Coordinate logistics for regional webinars and seminars, including venue sourcing, negotiations, and payment processing.
  • Event Materials: Oversee the preparation and return of event materials, ensuring readiness for onsite execution.
  • Setup Coordination: Ensure all event setups are complete, including signage, seating arrangements, and audiovisual requirements.
  • Promotional Materials: Source and manage custom promotional items and giveaways as needed.
  • Content Creation: Assist with copywriting for invitations and flyers to support various marketing activities.
  • Marketing Automation: Supervise the creation of invitations, list management, and registration sites in collaboration with the Marketing Operations team.
  • Budget Management: Handle payment requests and coordinate event budgets, ensuring accurate reconciliations.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain and update North America events calendars and Hub Page.

Essential Qualifications:

· Experience in channel marketing is advantageous.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.
