The Real Estate Marketing & Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of the Umstead and Oak Team, affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Raleigh. This position is essential for ensuring seamless processes in both buyer and seller transactions while managing daily office functions with a strong focus on client hospitality.
Compensation:$25 - $30 hourly
Key Responsibilities:Administrative and Office Management
- Oversee executive schedules, travel arrangements, and office financials.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and other financial tasks.
- Streamline communication and enhance office productivity.
- Facilitate onboarding, training, and support for new team members.
- Ensure all organizational licenses and certifications are maintained.
Transaction Coordination
- Assist in managing transaction processes, including listings and legal compliance.
- Organize property details and listing appointments.
- Handle MLS input, promotional marketing, and negotiation processes.
- Support the progression of buyer transactions and manage client communications.
Marketing and Client Engagement
- Create marketing materials, manage social media presence, and uphold brand integrity.
- Develop educational content for clients and organize community events.
- Implement communication strategies, including client updates and newsletters.
- Assist in coordinating team events and initiatives.
- Respond to leads generated from various platforms.
Additional Duties
- Perform various managerial tasks and uphold necessary professional credentials.
- Address client feedback, draft essential documents, and manage team roles.
- Adapt to diverse entrepreneurial tasks as required.
- Collaborate with the firm's MCA to meet compliance needs and achieve shared goals.
- Valid Real Estate License is required.
- Experience in the real estate sector is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability for weekends and evenings.
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
