We are offering a fantastic business development opportunity for a Commercial Relationship Builder to join our team at AccountantsWorld. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in building trusted partnerships with Tax and Accounting firms in the US.
Your Key Tasks:
- To understand the needs and requirements of our accountants and payroll clients.
- To succeed in serving customers and prospects, focusing on creating long-term customer relationships.
- To take ownership of the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
- To continually develop your consultative sales skills and product knowledge.
- To participate in trade shows, seminars, or conferences to drive sales and meet monthly targets.
About the Role:
- 2+ years of experience in software sales roles.
- Prior experience selling payroll products or services is a plus.
- Able to communicate complex technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Expertise in developing new account prospects through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and account development over the phone.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Open to feedback and constructive criticism.
Salary Range:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, along with generous employee benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
