Job Description

Agilent Technologies is seeking a seasoned communications professional to lead the development and implementation of internal communications strategies and programs. As the HR Communications Program Manager, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that inspire and engage employees worldwide.

This role reports to the Vice President of Global Communications and Public Affairs and requires a deep understanding of big-picture ideas and attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with the HR team and Chief HR Officer to drive cross-organization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute internal communications strategies and programs to drive employee engagement and understanding.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement employee communications initiatives.
  • Write, edit, and coordinate the production of internal communications content for the general employee population.
  • Drive the strategy and implementation of internal communications across various platforms, including the intranet, video, email, and newsletters.
  • Ensure communications content is compelling, aligned with Agilent's voice and tone, and meets quality and messaging guidelines.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of internal communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Partner with the team of global communicators to coordinate content and ensure consistency across regions.
  • Take the lead on all Diversity and Inclusion communications, including the Diversity Annual Report.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of internal communications experience.
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience in communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills.
  • Proficient in AP style.
  • Ability to collect the authentic voice of the company and help shape the internal communications narrative.
  • Confidence and ability to lead, manage, and execute multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong familiarity with Office 365 and related collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and demonstrated ability to update and strategically run intranet content.

Additional Details:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $131,000 - $206,205 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.
