Patient Services Coordinator Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining a patient-focused environment, ensuring high-quality care and exceptional patient satisfaction.
  • Support the delivery of efficient and effective patient services, including scheduling, registration, and referrals.
  • Oversee daily operations, including managing schedules, staffing, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information, including demographic and insurance data.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree or experience may be considered in lieu of experience.
  • At least 3 years of medical office experience, with a focus on patient services and coordination.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
