Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Manager to join our team at Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute dining solutions to meet patient and customer needs and tastes.
- Manage patient feeding, quality assurance, and drive patient satisfaction scores.
- Implement and maintain programs to drive overall patient satisfaction.
- Deliver strong operational performance by executing against Aramark Healthcare and regulatory agency standards and programs.
- Supervise, staff, train, and manage the performance of food service supervisors, diet office, kitchen, tray line or room service program, and patient meal delivery staff.
- Serve as liaison between the dietetics staff and food service departments.
- Recognize and adopt activities appropriate to the specific needs of the patient/resident population.
- Coordinate activities related to menu distribution and other menu-related issues.
- Manage and control resources and materials to ensure quality, adequacy of supply, and cost control within budgetary guidelines.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisor or management role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Healthcare patient services management experience preferred.
- Experience managing, motivating, and engaging a large workforce.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs required.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer services, and organizational skills required.
- Nutrition education and/or background preferred.
- ServSafe Certification is a plus.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including opening, closing, and mid-shift, as well as alternate weekends and holidays.
