Job Overview:

In this role, you will cultivate meaningful connections with clients, emphasizing the importance of personal relationships over mere transactions. As a Wealth Management Planning Consultant, your primary objective is to foster strong, trust-based interactions with clients.

Key Qualifications:
  • Possession of FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses; Series 65 or 66 licenses (or the ability to obtain them upon hiring) along with a Life Insurance license.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the Financial Services sector is preferred.
  • A degree and/or professional certifications such as CFP are advantageous.
Your Role's Purpose:

You will deliver exceptional customer service to Fidelity's most esteemed clients. Through consistent communication and collaboration, you will play a vital role in the Wealth Management team, directly supporting Advisors in expanding and enhancing their business.

Value Proposition:
  • Managing incoming calls and emails from a dedicated client base while collaborating on client communications.
  • Addressing a variety of client needs, including inquiries about mutual funds, asset allocation, brokerage services, tax-free and deferred investments, trust and estate planning, as well as income and retirement strategies.
  • Working alongside Advisors to implement a structured client contact strategy and promoting annual reviews.
  • Identifying opportunities for asset consolidation and developing sophisticated product offerings for High Net Worth clients.
  • Engaging in preliminary discussions with clients to support the overall strategies crafted by Financial Consultants.
  • Assisting with pre- and post-consultation appointments and following up to understand client objectives and prepare for future meetings.
