International Search Consultants is partnering with a prominent Wealth Management firm to find a skilled Investment Advisory Associate to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the Client Advisory team to deliver wealth advisory services to Ultra High Net Worth Clients.
- Communicate directly with clients and their external advisors to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the Client Service Team to ensure accurate and timely handling of client requests.
- Prepare customized client presentations, including portfolio performance analysis, planning recommendations, and cash flow management.
- Develop investment portfolio allocations, Investment Policy Statements, and trading decisions aligned with firm investment themes and client goals.
- Generate, maintain, and analyze performance reports to support investment decisions.
- Execute investment decisions and conduct client wealth forecasting.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients and provide assistance in business development activities.
- 5+ years of related experience in UHNW Client Support and investments.
- BA/BS Degree, with progress towards CFA, CFP, CIMA, CAIA, or CTFA preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with Addepar, Salesforce, and/or Morning Star is a plus.
