Overview

The Investment Consultant is responsible for managing and advising client portfolios. Work Environment

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in the financial services sector.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently to investigate and resolve client issues.
  • Familiarity with necessary documentation and procedures for transaction processing.
  • Client service-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Windows, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with Schwab and Fidelity platforms is advantageous.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Problem-solving skills to determine effective resolutions while adhering to corporate, legal, and regulatory standards.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Education: Required - Bachelor's degree; Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline.
  • Licenses: Required - Series 65 or 66.
  • Certifications: Preferred - CFP, CPWA, or CIMA.
  • Work Experience: Required - Experience in financial planning; Preferred - Experience with or within an RIA and familiarity with Schwab and Fidelity.
  • Years of Experience: Required - 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Languages: Required - English; Preferred - Spanish.
